How can I pay for my order?


Within Bosnia and Herzegovina, it is possible to pay by cash on delivery (cash on delivery).
Also, registered companies can pay via invoice - for this option, you can contact us via email or message on Instagram.

How is delivery done?

Our delivery is carried out by the fulfillment center in Sarajevo , which cooperates with several courier services.
Orders received by 12:00 are shipped the same day , and orders placed after 12:00 are shipped the next business day .

⏱️ Delivery time within BiH is 1–2 business days .
📅 Delivery is not made during weekends and public holidays.
🌍 For European countries, the delivery time is usually 4–7 business days , depending on the destination.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Yes, it is possible to pick up the order in person at our fulfillment center:

➡️ For orders placed before 12:00 , pickup is possible on the same day , and after 12:00 the next business day .
💰 For personal pickup , 3.50 KM is charged (the cost of packaging and preparation at the fulfillment center). Above 125km free.

How can I track my shipment?

Packages sent outside of Bosnia and Herzegovina can be tracked using a tracking number .
Once your order has been shipped, you can request a tracking number via email or message.

Are LashLabel products safe?

All LashLabel products are manufactured in accordance with EU quality standards .
MSDS and safety data sheets are available for adhesives and liquid products.

How to report a return or complaint?

If the product arrived damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
For hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned .
Unopened products can be returned within 7 days of receipt, with prior notice.
